DigiChecks at the 3rd Building Digital Twin International Congress 

In May 2023, Antwerp, Belgium will host the Third Building Digital Twins International Conference (3BDTIC), organized by the Building Digital Twin Association (BDTA), one of the DigiChecks consortium partners.

The event is dedicated to Building Digital Twins and aims to showcase the latest digital twin technologies and innovative solutions in the construction industry. The venue will take place on the 3rd of May at The Beacon in Antwerp (Belgium).

During the conference, there will be four workshops including Ontology and Semantics, Building Digital Twins for Infrastructures, Sister Projects (DigiChecks), and Privacy and Metrics. As well, there will be four keynote speakers who will present ten-minute presentations, followed by a Round Table focused on Digital Twin Urban issues, Use Cases, and European projects.

Juan Ramon Mena, Digital-BIM Manager at FCC Construcción, our partner coordinator, will explain the DigiChecks philosophy and share insights into the European project.

DigiChecks’ sister projects, ACCORD and CHEK, will participate in the event. Both European projects are funded under the same call as DigiChecks, on “HORIZON-CL4-2021-TWIN-TRANSITION-01-10”. The key speakers are Rita Lavikka from ACCORD, Jantien Stoter from CHEK.
